Our property, Chanticleer Gardens is a beautiful 5 acre English styled country garden with the main residence situated at the front of the gated estate and the cottage at the rear.\nAs you enter the property through the wrought iron gates, follow the tree lined avenue past the Australian Colonel homestead along the track to the rear of the property. Please park on the lawn area at the cottage gate.\nA conversion of the original Barn into a very stylish Hamptons cottage allows its usage not only for accommodation but as a small venue for weddings and other social occasions, such as bridal showers, girls\' weekends away, birthday parties and the \"first look\" pre wedding bridal party.\nAny hire of the cottage for these occasions are at an extra cost over and above the Booking com platform hire rate and must be arranged with the owners before booking the accommodation.\nBooking the cottage for accommodation only allows 6 people onto the property and up to no visitors without permission.\nWe allow pets with hire of the Rose Cottage but there is a surcharge of thirty dollars for each dog.
